01. Scope
Move My Bicycle (“the operator”) provides Poca Maker (포카메이커). This policy explains information handling in its photo editing, character storage and project features, and on this privacy website. Other services offered by the operator have their own policies.
The app has no user accounts, ads or advertising tracking. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics process usage and diagnostic information when you choose to share it. Both choices are off by default. Only users who select an age group of 18 or older on the device can enable either choice. Firebase measurement SDKs are not initialized for users under 18 or whose age is unknown.
02. Information we handle
| Information | Purpose and handling |
|---|---|
| Selected or captured photos | Processed on your device for cutouts, whole-photo characters and photo backgrounds. |
| Characters and projects | Cutouts, names and text you enter, favorites, editing layouts and thumbnails are stored in your device’s app storage. |
| App preferences | Your choices, such as watermark settings, are stored on your device. |
| Support messages | If you email us, we use your sender address and information you choose to include to answer your request. |
The operator does not automatically collect your name, contacts, location or photos on a separate server. Optional usage statistics, error reports, Android SDK diagnostics and website access information are explained in section 6.
03. Photo processing
Background removal runs on your device using Apple Vision and an included model on iOS, or Google ML Kit on Android. Input photos and output images are not sent to an external AI server for this feature.
The app removes temporary input copies when you finish the cutout screen. Original photos in your library are not changed or deleted. A photo you choose to keep as a whole-photo character or project background may remain as part of that character or project.
Gallery export and system sharing happen when you choose those actions. The app or service you share to handles the shared copy under its own policy.
04. Optional permissions and access
- Camera: To take a photo for a character.
- Photo selection: To import photos you select as characters or backgrounds. Access depends on your operating system and photo picker.
- Add photos or write storage: To save an export you request. Some older Android versions may require storage permission.
You can change permissions in system settings. Denial may limit the corresponding capture, import or export feature, while previously saved projects remain available for editing.
05. Retention and deletion
- Characters, projects and preferences remain on your device until you delete them or remove app data. Uninstalling normally removes the app’s storage.
- System and app caches may be cleared by the operating system. Errors or abrupt app closure may leave temporary files within app data.
- If system backups are enabled, app data may be included in or restored from an Apple, Google or other system backup. Manage backup retention and deletion through the relevant account settings.
- Exports in your photo library and copies shared to other apps are not removed by deleting app content or uninstalling. Delete those copies in the relevant library or service.
- We keep support emails for the time needed to resolve the request, then delete them, except where a legal retention requirement applies.
06. External services
Optional usage statistics: Firebase Analytics
When you enable usage sharing, Google LLC processes app installation identifiers, device/OS/app details, sessions, engagement and feature events. Events cover photo source, cutout outcomes and timing, character saves, project creation and export results. Network requests expose an IP address to Google, which may derive a broad geographic area. Events exclude photos, character names, entered text and photo file paths.
Advertising identifier collection, advertising data use and personalized ads consent are disabled. Turning sharing off stops subsequent statistics collection and resets Analytics data on the device. Previously transmitted information follows the Analytics retention settings and policies.
Optional error reports: Firebase Crashlytics
When you enable diagnostic sharing, Google LLC receives crash/error stack traces, device/OS/app details, installation identifiers and diagnostic information to improve reliability. We add no photos or user-entered content, and reduce Dart exception messages to their error types. Turning sharing off stops subsequent reports and deletes unsent reports. Previously submitted reports follow Firebase retention and deletion policies.
See Firebase privacy and security information and the Google Privacy Policy for processing, retention, international handling and rights. Change either choice under App improvement preferences in Settings. Contact our privacy email about requests concerning transmitted information.
Children, teenagers and users of unknown age
The app can be used by children under 13. The selected age group stays on the device and is not sent in Firebase events. Firebase usage statistics and error reporting remain unavailable for users under 18 or whose age is unknown. All app features remain available. Changing the age group clears previous sharing choices.
Google ML Kit device/installation identifiers, usage and diagnostic metrics for Android photo processing are handled separately as described below. Photos themselves are not transmitted. The app has no ads, accounts, location collection or chat with other users. Parents and guardians can manage local data and permissions and contact our privacy email about requests.
Google ML Kit on Android
ML Kit may connect to Google for model updates and diagnostics. Google processes device/OS and app details, device or installation identifiers, API configuration, performance, usage and error metrics. These metrics exclude input photos and output images. They help operate, improve and protect the SDK, and are sent over HTTPS.
For Google LLC’s processing, retention and international handling, see the Google Privacy Policy, ML Kit privacy information and ML Kit data disclosure guide.
Vercel website hosting
Vercel serves this page. Its hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser information, request paths and timestamps to deliver and protect the site and troubleshoot problems. This page adds no advertising or visitor analytics scripts or tracking cookies. Vercel Inc.’s processing, retention and international handling follow the Vercel Privacy Policy.
The operator does not sell photos or provide them for advertising. Beyond sharing you initiate and the services described above, any other disclosure will require an appropriate legal basis and any necessary notice or process.
07. Your choices and requests
You can view, edit and delete characters and projects in the app, and manage permissions and backups in system settings. Contact us below to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information you provided in a support request. We handle requests as applicable law requires.
The operator cannot remotely access photos and projects stored only on your device. Manage that content directly through the app and your device settings.
08. Security
The app uses operating-system app storage for saved content. External services use their provided secure connections. Keep your device locked and updated, and check the recipient and destination app before sharing.
